Payment Schedule for Trekking and Trekking Peak Members
After accepting to join a trek with Trekker Nepal, 30% non-refundable deposit is required within one month of acceptance to secure a position. For treks/trekking, full payment becomes due 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellation by Trekking and Trekking Peak Member
If you are not able to travel due to some authentic situation like because of death, injury or serious illness of the passenger, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service you can postpone or transfer your booking to another person, provided they meet all the requirements needed to that tour.
If you want to change the original tour you need to submit the written document deliberating the changes.
Cancellations more than 120 days prior to departure, but after the initial deposit have been paid will incur $200 fee of the original deposit, plus bank charges to return the remaining balance.
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to departure but less than 120 days will incur charges of $600 plus bank charges to return the remaining balance.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to departure will incur charges of the full amount.
Transfers by Trekking and Trekking Peak Members
Transfers more than 120 days prior to departure can be transferred to another Trekker Nepal trek at no cost, plus/minus that trek’s advertised price.
Transfers more than 60 days prior to departure but less than 120 days can be transferred to another Trekker Nepal trek at no charge so long as a replacement Member can be found or at a charge of $150 if not, plus/minus the new trek’s advertised price.
Transfers less than 60 days prior to departure can be transferred to another Trekker Nepal trek at a charge of $300 so long as a replacement Member can be found, plus or minus the new trek’s advertised price.
Cancellations by Trekker Nepal
Only in exceptional circumstances which are beyond the control of Trekker Nepal will an advertised expedition or trek be canceled. If this should happen, then there will be a dialogue between Trekker Nepal and Members to reach a mutual decision.
If Trekker Nepal cancels an expedition or trek because of insufficient numbers, Trekker Nepal will refund all monies in full.
Cancellations will be refunded in full, fewer bank charges, or transferred to another Trekker Nepal expedition, plus/minus advertised price fewer bank charges for any returned part or transferred to another operator’s expedition, plus/minus operator’s advertised price fewer bank charges for any refundable part.
