I am Larry. A client from Hong Kong. I am a retired police officer and has been participating climbing for around seven years. Since 2018, I started trekking and climbing frequently in Nepal with Trekker Nepal. I chose Trekker Nepal as my partnership since then. At the very beginning in my first trekking with this Company, I hired them only because that was the company my friend was acquainted with. So I just followed. But later I found that Wangda, the Managing Director of the Company, was very participative and responsive to all arrangement, including transport, logistic, meals and residence, leaving nothing unattended. Then I became so trusted on this Company and I would hire them as my guiding partner in all my expeditions in Nepal since 2018. In November 2023, with the help of Trekker Nepal and their guiding Sherpa Chhiring, I had summited successfully for Ama Dablam. That was a very difficult mountain to climb. With their comprehensive and proper arrangement, including the assistance of Chhiring Sherpa of course, the summit push became an enjoyable challenge in my life. In April 2024, I went climbing Mt. Everest hiring Trekker Nepal and Chhiring, together with Pemba Sherpa. From 10th April to 26th May, I went through an amazing and challenging experience in the Himalaya region. From trekking into the area, doing acclimatization climb in Island Peak, to doing rotation exercise in Everest base camp up to Camp 3, we had worked out our plan smoothly. Chhiring had done a marvelous job in preparing all logistic, including safety arrangement and all operational execution. He took care of my well-being and safety cautiously. Wangda and Pemba, both supported my expedition with heart and dedication, easing a lot of difficult situations for me. There were some critical moments occurred during the summit push. At the altitude around 8840 meters, just a few more steps to go, near the top, my regulator of the oxygen bottle was suddenly out of order and leaked oxygen continuously. I knew all the spare regulators had been used and my only feeling was confused and difficult to breath. Luckily, Chhiring had unexpectedly got one more spare from another Sherpa friend who was going down to Camp 4 earlier on. That little bit of extra cautious move had saved my life eventually. At last we all summited at the top of Mt Everest at 0445hrs on 2024-05-21 Nepal time. I am very grateful for the success of summiting Mt Everest. Without the help of the Sherpas from Trekker Nepal, I could hardly make it. Apart from the meticulous logistic and preparation, Chhiring Sherpa also saved my life in some of the critical situations. This is not hard-sell, this Company offers me a tailor-made programme for all my expeditions over the past seven years. I trust them wholeheartedly.
